Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to provide general administrative support for the Vineyard Offshore Wind Project. The Site Administrator is responsible for arranging and prioritizing their daily work instructions in alignment with the agreements made with the Site Manager.

 

Location

Marshalling Harbor in New Bedford, Massachusetts

 

Work Hours

This is a local position working 5 days a week, Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 5:00 pm.

 Requirements:

  •           Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Have a valid driver’s license or other State ID.
  • Be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
  • Comfortable working in indoor or outdoor environments in adverse conditions.
  • Physically able to lift and manipulate up to 50 lbs.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the project and offshore teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between field teams, logistics providers, and management
  • Collaborate with Offshore teams at the (WIV) and (SOV) to determine supply needs.
  • Plans material for offshore transportation to the pick-up point.
  • Coordinates and supervises material and tools reception delivery before the teams go offshore, as well as material & tools return when the team returns to shore.
  • Oversee inventory, distribution, and tracking of PPE and tools for site crews.
  • Coordinate calibration, certification, and inspection of Mechanical and Measurement Equipment (MME).
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment allocation and usage.
  • Work closely with storekeepers and the office in Dallas to ensure project needs are met and properly documented.
  • Develop a close and trustworthy relationship with the different stakeholders.
  • Provides support and/or shuttling of parts to Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs).
  • Coordinate usage and maintenance of site vehicles.
  • Support coordination of site events, inspections, and audits.
  • Represent Endiprev professionally to clients, partners, and subcontractors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth execution of project activities.
