ROLE AND LOCATION

People Technician to focus on Recruitment Tasks to join our team on a 6-month contract. 

The work location will Mortágua, at Endiprev's office. 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

The selected candidate will actively participate in and support all recruitment processes, with a primary focus on hiring for the Operations department based on specific needs. Key responsibilities include conducting phone interviews, sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, administering recruitment tests, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Additionally, the candidate may contribute to onboarding, training management, and employee management activities, although these will not be the core focus of the role.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree in Human Resources Management or other equivalent area is a plus;
• Previous experience on recruitment tasks is a plus;

• English proficiency (B1 or B2);

• Good communication skills.
