Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer/Stock Keeper to support our operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth logistics management and inventory control for our projects. The duration of the project is approximately two years.

Compensation

$22 to $32 hourly rate based on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring proper inventory control.

Maintain accurate records of tooling.

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments and materials.

Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient material storage and retrieval.

Ensure compliance with company standards for material handling and storage.

Prepare materials and equipment for deployment, including packaging and labeling.

Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment.

Operating equipment such as Forklift and Pallet movers.

Loading & Off-Loading equipment.

Preparation and revision of Handover documentation.

Product Orders.

Reporting.

Qualification and preferred Skills and Experience:

Forklift operator certification

Previous experience in logistics, inventory control, or warehouse management.

Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is a plus.

Understanding of the wind energy or renewable energy sector is an advantage.

Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and warehouse best practices.
