We offer specialized services, project commissioning, preventive maintenance, as well as corrective and major corrective measures, for onshore and offshore wind energy equipment. Our teams work all over the world in close partnership with the main manufacturers of wind turbines.

We are seeking a motivated and organized team-player with an amiable, pleasant personality who will be effective in providing HR support to staff in our USA office. This person will be joining a strong, healthy, tight-knit office team that makes work fun!

Role

The Human Resources Assistant will be one of the key members of the US organization and as such will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources team by assuming the responsiblities of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. Additionally, this Assistant will provide support to the HR team in all other HR functions as needed.  

Location

This position will be based in our Flower Mound, TX Office. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 

Human Resources Assistant duties and responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Engineering Team to determine hiring needs
  • Screen applicants and set up interviews
  • Participate in interview and hiring process, send offer letters, create contracts
  • Onboard new hires by securing and saving confidential documents, entering data into our ERP
  • Manage recruitment platforms
  • Awareness of HR laws and regulations in hiring processes
  • Schedule trainings for new employees
  • Arrange logistics for new employees
  • Conduct orientation for new employees
  • General office duties as needed

 Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Experience working on recruitment platforms including Trakstar and LinkedIn
  • Strong propensity for hands-on work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and to follow through on projects with minimal supervision
  • Highly experienced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills including face-to-face, written, and telephone communication
  • Experience in general office duties
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

 Preferred qualifications     

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning platforms (ERP) (eg. SAGE X3) 
  • Knowledge of HRM software (eg. Talentia)
