Provides support to the Infrastructure management, being responsible for ensuring control and management of assets, as well as property, vehicles, consumables, materials and equipment. Provides support to the Infrastructure Manager in the provision of products and services that are necessary to the operation, as well as in the classification, selection and assessment of suppliers. Organises the warehouse and ensures the integrity of related information in the information systems. There will also be an element of supporting the Office Coordinator in arranging travel for technicians and staff for training and mobilisation.

 

  • Make purchases and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
  • To manage warehouse stock and inventory updates, ensuring the supply of consumables necessary for the infrastructure’s operations.
  • Supports negotiation with suppliers.
  • To archive documentation related to orders and purchases.
  • Support in receiving and checking orders and, where applicable, registering and following up complaints to suppliers.
  • Support in the supply of consumables necessary for the functioning of the infrastructure.
  • Support in the selection and evaluation of suppliers.
  • Support in the management of the warehouse.
  • Optimizing the cost structure of the infrastructure for effective financial performance.
  • Support in updating planning concerning Endiprev vehicles.
  • Archive the mileage records of the vehicles and other associated documents.
  • Ensure the organisation and cleaning of the spaces used by Endiprev.
  • Support in the organisation of the warehouse and guarantee the integrity of the information related to them in the information systems.
  • Attend or establish contact with the company's interlocutors through various channels, such as in-person or via telecommunications (telephone, internet, fax, etc.).
  • To receive, visit and interact with external entities such as suppliers, service providers (post office, transporters, notaries, etc.), government entities (Embassies, Commercial Registry, Social Security, Tax Authority, etc.) or others.
  • Dispatch, organisation and conference of documents and archives.
  • Support in the administrative functions of the various departments of the company (scanning, archiving, organising files, etc.).
  • Support in the organisation of events.
  • Sending, receiving, or forwarding the correspondence received by the company, by post, email, fax, etc.
  • To comply with safety rules and procedures established by Endiprev and/or by clients.

Required:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in an administration role

 

Desirable:

  • Experience using SAGE software
  • Knowledge of the Wind Industry
