ROLE AND LOCATION
We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our incredible team. It's a full-time position in our Porto office.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Controller will be assisting the department on monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting activities.
The main responsibilities include the preparation and monitorization of the annual budget and forecasts, to ensure data quality and the integrity across various tools, KPI’s analysis and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and year reporting worldwide (global and regions) and preparation of overall comments & analysis.
DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
- To ensure a monthly Management Control, analyzing offsets between budget and execution and determining results per production unit;
- To guarantee that indicators are available for consultation/decision-making by users at any moment;
- To support management decisions and the organization and allocation of resources to achieve the proposed objectives efficiently and effectively;
- To facilitate the organization’s performance appraisal, both individually and by responsibility centers;
- To monitor Endiprev’s performance in complying with budgets, process goals, result centers and other issues that may be relevant to the company’s management;
- To cooperate with Endiprev’s remaining areas to develop the company’s productiveness, agility and effectiveness, namely in the areas interacting more closely with the financial area;
- To control the projects’ monthly budget management;
- To cooperate with the financial area by complying to accounting requirements;
- To comply with safety rules and procedures established by Endiprev and/or by clients;
- Cooperate, whenever requested by the Manager, with the people from the homologous processes of the Group's companies.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 10+ years controlling experience;

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/management/economics or equivalent;

English proficiency;
- Experience in team management is a plus;

Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases;
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
