ROLE:

Endiprev Group is hiring for our French subsidiary.

We are currently seeking Wind Turbine Technicians with experience in Vestas, SGRE, or Nordex. 

Other relevant knowledge and experience (HV, electrical, and more) will be highly valued.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS: 

• Service electrical machines, including commissioning, diagnosis, operation, and maintenance of wind turbines.
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Read, analyze, understand, and complete (where applicable) work instructions, safety guidelines, checklists, technical standards, and regulations provided by Endiprev, customers, or other external entities.
• Assume the duties of Team Manager when assigned.
• Verify and ensure work is performed correctly and no Endiprev equipment is left on-site.
• Record daily tasks in detail (start time, end time, and work description) and report to the Team Manager and Project Manager.
• Encourage co-workers to innovate for the organization’s professional development goals.
• Seek information on potential risks for each task and ensure compliance with safety instructions from Endiprev, clients, or regulatory/legal requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems (from professional experience or academic background) essential for the role. This will be assessed during recruitment.

• “Curso de Especialização tecnológica (CET)” | Professional course or Degree on relevant areas such as Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanics, Renewable Energies, Electricity and Electronics and Industrial Maintenance;

• Experience with Vestas, SGRE or Nordex OEM;
• Other kind of experiences, in another areas (HV, electrical, and others), will be valued;
• Proficiency in English: Minimum level B1 (CECR classification), to be assessed during recruitment.
• Knowledge of French will be highly valued, but not mandatory;
• EU citizenchip
• Physical requirements: must be able to work at heights, in extreme weather conditions, work in flexible hours and physically fit to daily use personal protective equipment (harness, helmet, lanyards, fall arrester, etc. – approx. 20kg), and, depending on the wind turbine (if a lift is not available), must be able to climb 80m multiple times a day.
