ROLE AND LOCATION

Travel and Accommodation Technician to reinforce our Team, based in Mortágua

The chosen candidate will support the Travel & Accommodation department, studying the best options, and answering to requests for T&A services, collaborating directly with Operations.

• Travel & Accommodation Coordination

• Supplier Management & Negotiation

• Travel & Accommodation related Documentation & Compliance

• Contract & Invoice Management

• Internal Customer Support

• Expense Tracking & Reporting

• Supplier Claims & Issue Resolution

• Bachelor degree in Tourism or equivalent;
• English proficiency (B1) is mandatory - other languages will be a plus;
• Previous experience in travel & accommodation management will be a plus ;
• Computer skills in MS Office and other office tools;
• Good communication, organizational and teamwork skills;
