ROLE AND LOCATION
Endiprev/Muehlhan is strengthening its global development team and is hiring a Senior Microsoft Developer for Leiria office with familiarity in AI technologies.
The role focuses primarily on development and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem, with opportunities to apply AI concepts in automation, copilots, and intelligent workflows.
This is not an AI-specialist role; instead, the ideal candidate is a strong developer who has some exposure to AI tools and is willing to grow in this area.
 
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
  • Develop and maintain APIs, services, and integrations using Microsoft technologies (Azure, .NET, Power Platform, M365).
  • Implement automations and workflows supporting internal business processes.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and best practices in development.
  • Collaborate with teams (ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, Operations) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Where applicable, support AI-related initiatives using Microsoft's tooling (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, etc.).
  • Ensure code quality, documentation, security, and performance standards.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS (MUST-HAVE)
Core Development Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a developer, ideally with senior-level responsibilities.
  • Strong experience in:
    • C# / .NET Core or similar
    • API development (REST, OData, Graph API)
    • Azure Functions / Azure App Services
    • Azure API Management
  • Familiarity with:
    • Azure services
    • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, connectors)
    • Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
     
AI EXPOSURE (NOT REQUIRED, BUTPREFERRED)
Candidate should have basic exposure or willingness to evolve in:
  • AI-driven workflows
  • Copilot extensibility
  • Azure AI Studio / Prompt Flow
  • Large Language Model (LLM) usage and integration
 
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience integrating systems such as Business Central, MS CRM, Fabric, etc.
  • CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps).
  • Basic understanding of MLOps and AI solution monitoring.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric (bonus but not required).
