ROLE AND LOCATION
We are looking for a Tender and Contract Coordinator to join our team in Porto. This is a full-time position based in our Porto office.
Reporting to the Muehlhan Wind Service Commercial Department, this role is key in managing and coordinating the end-to-end tendering process, as well as supporting contract administration and monitoring to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and contribute to successful project delivery.
I In addition, this role will act as a key reference for the CRM system, supporting the Tender and Sales teams by ensuring its proper use, providing training, and contributing to the continuous improvement of CRM processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and review business proposals, ensuring a thorough analysis of client requirements and alignment with MWS capabilities;
- Manage and coordinate the full tendering process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission;
- Create, review, and update project execution records in the CRM system, in coordination with Sales and Project teams;
- Monitor and ensure alignment between commercial proposals and cost/revenue budgets;
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with commercial proposals, including technical, contractual, and legal aspects;
- Support contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal procedures;
- Act as CRM key reference;
- Ensure data quality and consistency within the CRM system;
- Support and train Tender and Sales teams on CRM usage;
- Act as a key user and point of contact for CRM-related topics;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and reporting.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in sales, tendering, or a similar role is a plus;
- Experience with CRM Dynamics system is a plus;
- Strong proficiency in Excel (mandatory);
- English proficiency (minimum B1);
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure;
- Analytical mindset with a structured and organized approach.
