We are looking for technicians with offshore experience for a Coil Exchange at Block Island (B1) Project. Block Island was the first offshore wind project in the US; it has been in operation since 2015. Electrical skills are preferred, and offshore experience is a must!
Our offices are based in Flower Mound, TX, the offshore project is located near Block Island, off the coast of Rhode Island. Personnel transfers may be carried out by CTV, with the possibility for technicians to either remain on a service vessel on a rotational schedule or commute daily, depending on the final operational setup.
Endiprev provides all transportation to fly you from home to the worksite, and back home again at the end of your rotation. Endiprev also provides all lodging during work rotations.
We are looking for applicants with these qualities:

- Excellent attendance habits.
- Comfortable with heights, extreme temperatures, confined spaces.
Required Skills:
- Safety 1st focus! Follow all assigned Environmental, Health and Safety procedures.
- Verify that work is completed in compliance with customer’s requirements.
- Document all work performed.
- Read, understand, and utilize written instructions. I.e., installation manual, TWP, WDI, PCAT, FCAT, CCT and others.
- Perform installation, material handling, inventory, inspection, commissioning, or maintenance of completed GE turbines.
- Document deficiencies found during inspections.
- Repair defects.
- Report policy or procedure violation.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
- Submit progress reports.
- Demonstrate experience and proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
- Liaise with internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to climb multiple towers per day without a climb-assist.
- Ability to safely utilize hand tools.
All candidates must have a valid driver’s license or other State ID, be able to pass a drug test and a background check. You must be able to work in an indoor or outdoor environment in adverse conditions within confined spaces. Candidates must be able to work and manipulate 50 lbs. and demonstrate visual acuity including depth perception, field of view and ability to distinguish colors.
