One of our offices located in Mortágua or Porto, with a hybrid work model.
The Role:
We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process and support the Business Units.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and design tailored, effective recruitment strategies.
You will assess candidates’ skills, experience, and potential to ensure alignment with each role, while delivering a professional and positive candidate experience.
Your contribution will be key in meeting the organisation’s hiring needs by ensuring strong candidate-role alignment and effective coordination across teams throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and targeted job advertisements and post them on the most relevant platforms
- Proactively source talent through professional networks and market-specific channels
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate and participate in interviews, verifying credentials and assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide structured candidate recommendations to hiring managers
- Communicate application outcomes, manage offers, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams
Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:

Proven experience independently managing full recruitment cycles

Strong sourcing capabilities, including experience engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a professional and approachable communication style

Knowledge of HR compliance and international recruitment regulations

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to support decision-making
