ABOUT THE JOB

We are excited to offer a newly established position for a CRM Marketing Specialist at Muehlhan Wind Service. Ensure the management and optimization of Muehlhan Wind Service’s internal and external communication channels. This role will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company’s marketing systems, namely SharePoint and HubSpot, as well as creating newsletters, communication campaigns, employee satisfaction surveys, and other communication-related initiatives.

The role can be based in Portugal, at our Porto office.

THE ROLE

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop automation, dashboards, and reporting tools within CRM.

Conduct system audits and ensure data integrity and compliance.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver technical solutions.

Support marketing and sales teams with campaign management, emails and newsletters, customer segmentation, and targeted outreach.

Coordinate integrations with marketing automation, analytics, and other business systems.

Manage and maintain SharePoint, mainly create, organise, and update content, news articles, banners, and information pages.

Coordinate with external partners such as designers, web developers and video producers to develop and edit content.

Ensure consistent brand usage across all departments and external partners, in line with the brand guidelines.

Develop internal and external communication strategies in collaboration with the Business Development and Human Resources teams.

Training and Experience Requirements

Bachelor degree in Marketing. Master would be a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Good understanding of business and management principles.

English Level B2 (minimum; will be assessed during the recruitment process); Other languages are a plus.

Strong IT skills.

Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and other satisfaction surveys tools.

Experience with SharePoint.

Experience in creating newsletters and communication campaigns

 

Optional Training and Experience

Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk tools (e.g. Freshdesk) or issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA).

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAGE X3, Business Central).

Knowledge of version control systems (SVN, Git, etc.).
