We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 550 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle (A to Z) for a workforce of ~550 employees
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and other compensations
• Handle payroll-related inputs, validations, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance) regarding payroll matters
• Manage employee queries related to payroll
• Maintain and update payroll records and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll management, ideally handling large employee populations
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with uMan Expert software is a strong plus
• Good knowledge in english (minimum level is B1)
